[Fix] Attach Does Nothing For Synapse X

If your Synapse X is not activated or does nothing, you should first check out your anti-virus and make sure it’s disabled. Once you disable your device’s anti-virus, reinstall Synapse X.

Also, makes sure to install both of these:

https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

 https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
